About
Sonia Castro
Broker & Office Manager · Sunny Curb Appeal Real Estate Brokerage
Serving buyers and sellers across Eastern Pennsylvania, Eastern Massachusetts, and Baja California Sur — with the kind of attention that only comes from doing this work person to person.
Meet Sonia
She'll tell you what she'd do — then let you decide.
Sonia Castro is the Broker and Office Manager of Sunny Curb Appeal Real Estate Brokerage. Her experience spans Eastern Pennsylvania, Eastern Massachusetts, and Baja California Sur, Mexico, and she works with clients in Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown, Beverly, Essex County, Cabo San Lucas, and the communities around them.
That range means she has helped very different people find very different things: a first apartment-sized house in the Lehigh Valley, a downsized ranch closer to family, a coastal home north of Boston, a second place in the sun. She's also worked through traditional sales alongside bank-owned properties and foreclosures, which is exactly the kind of experience that keeps a complicated deal from falling apart at the last minute.
What people tend to remember, though, isn't the transaction list. It's that she took the time to understand what they actually needed, and then stayed reachable — through the inspections, the second thoughts, and the paperwork — until the keys were in hand.

Who We Help
Different stages, different plans — same care.
Most of the people we work with aren't "typical buyers." They're at a turning point, and they want someone who has seen that turning point before.
01
First-time homebuyers
From figuring out what you can actually afford to the day you get the keys — explained in plain language, at your pace, with no question treated as a dumb one.
02
Relocating buyers
Moving into Eastern Pennsylvania or Eastern Massachusetts from out of state? We know these towns block by block and can help you narrow the map before you ever get on a plane.
03
Luxury & waterfront buyers
Coastal Massachusetts and select waterfront properties — a quieter, more private search for buyers who know exactly what they're looking for.
04
Investors
Rentals, fix-and-holds, and bank-owned or foreclosure opportunities, evaluated on the numbers rather than the curb appeal.
05
Retirees & downsizers
Selling the family home and finding something easier to manage — often close to the people and places that matter most.
06
Second homes & new construction
A place in Baja California Sur for part of the year, or a brand-new build you're buying before anyone has lived in it — both need a different kind of guidance.
Our Approach
A clear process, start to finish.
Real estate gets stressful when nobody tells you what's coming next. So we do the opposite: we map out the whole road early, then walk it with you.
You'll know the timeline, the moving parts, and who's responsible for each one — long before anything is signed.
-
01
Start with a conversation
Tell us what's changing — a new job, a growing family, a house that's gotten too big or a move south. No obligation, and no pressure to have it all figured out.
-
02
Build the plan together
We'll look at your timeline, your budget, and the areas that actually fit — then agree on what we're aiming for and what we're ruling out.
-
03
Do the work
Searches, showings, pricing, marketing, negotiation, inspections, paperwork. We handle the parts that take time and follow up on the parts that take patience.
-
04
Stay reachable after closing
The keys change hands and we don't disappear. Questions come up after a move — about taxes, repairs, the next step — and you'll still have someone to call.
