Historic stone and brick buildings on a street corner in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Eastern Pennsylvania

The Lehigh Valley, the river towns, and everything between.

Sonia Castro lives and works here. From Easton and Bethlehem through the Lehigh Valley, down the Delaware to New Hope, and west into Berks County — this is the market she knows street by street.

Hyperlocal

One region, three very different markets.

The Lehigh Valley — Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown and the townships around them — is the busiest part of what we do. Older brick twins and rowhouses sit a few streets from new construction, and most buyers here are weighing a commute into New Jersey or Philadelphia against getting more house for the money.

Head south along the Delaware and the character changes. New Hope and the Bucks County river towns sell on walkability, historic detail and weekend visitors; further down toward Bristol and Bensalem you get the commuter rail and the turnpike.

West of the valley, Berks County around Reading, Wyomissing and Kutztown is where you find larger lots, older stone and brick, and a slower pace — different buyers, different pricing, a different showing rhythm.

Whatever the town, the same three things decide a sale: how a house shows in the first ten days, how it is priced against real closings rather than asking prices, and how well the listing reaches buyers who are still in New Jersey or New York.
